Community Relations / Ruiz 4 Kids
"Management will be responsive at all times to the needs
of every team member, the suppliers we deal with, and the community
we live in."
This excerpt, from Ruiz Foods Corporate Philosophy, expresses
the commitment which is near and dear to the hearts of everyone
at Ruiz. Ruiz Foods has a long and proud legacy of commitment to community
involvement. We at Ruiz Foods as a corporate citizen, believe
community involvement is our responsibility, but we also believe
it makes us a better company, one our customers and employees
can respect. Before you think globally, you need to act locally. We can not
be indifferent to the local communities in which Ruiz Foods' members
work and live. We established partnership with like minded community
organizations and by using employee talents and corporate resources
to fund programs focusing on children and education. At our headquarters, our focus is on our own backyard, the communities
of Fresno, Kings and Tulare Counties. We are proud of our role
and our reputation as a leader in corporate giving.
