Tomatillo Sauce
Serves: 3 cups
Tomatillos, which look much like green cherry tomatoes, are very common in Mexican cooking. Try them in this flavorful dipping sauce that you can serve with El Monterey Taquitos.
12 oz. can tomatillos drained well
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbl. fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. garlic powder
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend well until smooth. Serve cold.
